Van Halen at Madison Square Garden doing a short version of the Who's "Magic Bus" in the middle of Romeo Delight. They did a couple of short covers that night, very cool. It's so great that Dave's back in the band.

  • Oh yeah!! My dream is to go to Madison Square Gargen and watch Van Halen in concert!! The garden is the shrine, the promised land of Rock n Roll!!

  • yea also the sound of the garden is fukin sweet i was there prob one of the best performances ive seen they really tore it up

  • Eddies guitar sounds like its got some stink in this song yeh!

  • cherone sucks dick , i like roth and hagar equally .. yea this was a badass show .. fuckin rocked

  • Ed, and therefore the whole band/sound, is much better now than when I saw them in October. Rehab does wonders.

  • fuckin amazing show. i was there!

  • wow!

  • It was great, so tight right now. Too bad the tour is almost over. Hope they keep it rolling somehow.

  • I agree....the band was in a little funk back in Feb. right before Eddie took a short medical leave, but they rocked the Garden like only Van Halen can! Wolfie is really singing the vocals and playing the bass...so stop all the bullshit rumors about canned tracks. Sure, I'd love to see Mikey up there again but this is a new VH blazing ahead in the 21st century. Truth be told, Eddie, Alex, and Dave cant tour forever so Wolfie is the future of Van Halen so give him his props....

  • This show was awesome! All the rumors were BS. Little VH can sing and play! He just needs a little more road rash. I'm an experienced sound engineer and I know when prerecorded tracks are being used. Yes there were keyboard tracks but not backing vocals. Eddie is and always will be the best rock guitarist to come along. DLR kicked ass as always. The only thing missing was their party attitude but we all know that doesn't work for them anymore. I hope they make a new record!
