why is your bracelet so hard and perfectly round? mine hangs like a chain

@Insania84 I'm not sure. Is yours brand new? They should be more stiff than hanging. If you've added a lot of charms to it it could be that the weight has stretched the chain which is expected. You might want to check with your local Pandora store and ask them about it - cause I'm not too sure.

@GurlieeDoll Hi! I got it at the Pandora store by my house; it is two weeks new so I'm not sure if it is standard for them to give the picks away. Everytime I go in there, they ask me if I need one. If you visit your local Pandora store they should have them for free.

It is expected to not stay that shape just to let people know, the more you wear it the more it bends and stretches and becomes dull , but that doesn't matter to me with mine as the charms cover the chain(as It's almost full ):D hope I helped

@mhgarrison mine is one year old and i have only 2 charms yet...hmmm...check samikatii's video "Pandora and Chamilla Braclett Review ". the full bracelet cant show the diffenece, but her 2nd and 3rd bracelets are like mine :)
