@95melefante Honestly i still have not done any cardio. Once I am going to start doing some, which will be 30 min of medium/low intensity cardio a few days a week.

Dane HOW LONG anyone should bulk up and cut up ?

@StudenTutorials Well I basically 'bulked up' until about 12 weeks out from my show. It really depends on your body type though. When I bulked up I never got above 9% body fat, but still gained muscle. The cutting stage also depends on how much body fat you have to begin with. Having only 8 or 9% to begin with I have been cutting down for about a month now and am a little over 6 weeks out from my show, it is really what results you want.
