@sahel1cute artistic gymnastics is the one where gymnasts use equipment like balance beams and uneven bars, and is the arguably the most well-known type. Rhythmic gymnastics is the one that uses apparatus such as balls, ribbons, hoops, rope and clubs, where usually more flexibility and grace is required. There's another, trampoline, which is basically gymnastics done on a trampoline.

was the clip with the girls foot and arm attached with material any certain kind of rythimic?? does it have a name? or was it just something creative that dancer came up with? anyone know? id like to look into that more but dont know what to search.
