I can't even imagine biweekly collection. I get twice weekly garbage, and once weekly recycling/yard waste. The problem is that i always seem to have more recycling/yard waste than garbage.

Interesting! Weekly waste collections is basically inevitable! You've gotta have them with the amount of waste produced + odour!
