@Repn281Yit because buying a pack of rolling tobacco gives you a LOT more for your money. $12 for a 1.4 oz pouch of Drum rolling tobacco where I live.

Buy smooth pipe tobacco instead. The tax per pound is just 3.00 versus 25.00 for ryo cigarette tobacco. Enough smooth pipe tobacco to make a carton is just 8 dollars. You have to shred the longer ribbons by hand usually so it smokes better but thats not hard. Its the same as cigarette tobacco but its just cut different. No flavors etc.

@xlDeathlxJosey I took your advice and saved a lot... from over $40 down to $20 for a pound. Tastes the same to me. You're right about the cut, it's a little coarser but it feeds through my Top-O-Matic with no problem. It actually works a little better, not jamming as much as the finer cut.

Ummm, I suppose if you wanted to smoke it through a filter then yes it would work.
