Does ".bin files only work on american systems? Does it work to change if you change it to "sp-s2.sp1" or" sp1"?

jus wanna say thanx both parts of your videos were very helpful, now im jus curious i downloaded the GBA emulator and a couple of GB roms but i cant get any of the games to save...everytime i stop and savewithin the game and through the rom when i go back i still have to start from the beginning...any suggestions or tips to help from anyone...

niiiice i just hacked my wii 4.3u and have the snes and am playing all my old school games tho i have one question is there a way to save them to the internal memory on the Wii instead of having to insert SD card any help thanks... keep up great work
