@SensimillaLove Yes, the majority of protesters were peaceful and dedicated to the cause. But the truth of the matter is this.....there are those within Occupy that necessitate a police presence. The movement needs to distance themselves from the Anarchist wannabes and those who continually verbally provoke the police. I the police don't show up and something bad happens....they will be criticized. If they show up and something happens....they will be criticized. A no-win situation for them
