good job ladies! you did an amazing job! you got some competition with the twistits though. when i saw the twist its at the u of a halftime show LIVE i nearly stopped moving they were so good.

I agree beyond amazing it truly take alot of hard work practice sweat and tears to be where these ladies are at today.... My seven yr old daughter in amazed by these girls and is now in the middle of joining the skipping club in our town... Awesome job girls

I was on this team (The Kings Firecrackers Jump Rope Team) for four years. The coach is Lynn Kelley. We practice about six days a week for about two hours each day. This was at the army vs navy basketball game from a couple of years ago. We perform at universities, high schools, and special events all over Ohio and in other states too. we have a website too. Our coach really appreciates all the support and positive comments:)

One of my professor's came into class yesterday and told us he had something "pretty cool" to show us. We took the 15 minutes of class to watch this video and talk about it. This was truly amazing, great job girls.
