How to Record Your Screen with audio on a Mac OS X Simple and Free

In this demonstration i will be showing you how to record your screen on a mac for free with relatively good audio something i forgot to say is that it will save as screen recording... in .mov format
Requirements:
Mac OS X

Quicktime Player (comes with your mac or you can find it somewhere i'm sure)

Any mic

internal (rather good but it picks up everyting so be careful of the background)

usb (I use a usb mic i prefer this over the internal mic but of course it isn't as good as a professional mic)

professional (I feel this is a bit overkill for my uses so i try not to bother with them)

What kind of USB mic do you use?

@bestbidio Plantronics Audio 770 Surround sound Headset, it gives wonderful sound just the mic picks up a lot but less than your normal built in mic

can someone send me a vid on how to open it up with i movie i cant get it to do that and thanks for the vid i can now record with sound but cant edit my videos u can only trim them

does it record sounds eg. like minecraft's sounds if your recording that or anything else?
