Flip the rudders around stick a prop on it and make a boat out of it! :). I had a P-51 that went down like that, it was EP powered 63inch and I was able to drive it back to shore like a boat. Hahaha

best way to clean engine is to soak whole turbine in jet a or kerosene for 24 hours then drain and dry it
it will start right up

He went to land and he had way to much speed, he overshot the runway but the turbines didn't have enough time to lift. He cartwheeled over the bushes into the lake.

Any damge to the turbine when water rushed in? What turbine are you using?

Wasn't my plane but I believe most of the gear was saved, think it ended up costing like $700 to fix.
