Yelp filtered 75% of the 5-star reviews about Image Perfection, a small big-screen TV repair business in the SF Bay Area. As someone who helps the owner with the admin facets of the biz, I know the reviews were written by real customers - I spoke with them when they called about the problems their TV's were having. Yelp does an injustice to this and other small-business owners whose clientele have nothing but good things to say about them. It also does a disservice to those who read its reviews.

Problem is you can't review from your Android phone. You can take the picture, write the review, basically everything but publish it. You still need to log in at a computer.
