@luver2wendy I am so glad you asked because I suggest CALLING first. When the kids and I went downtown, paid for parking, walked the distance and got all excited (as you could see) ...they almost didn't let us go up due to renovations!!!
I had to ask for the restaurant manager (you know that expensive rotating restaurant) and after pleading... he was sympathetic and took us up for a brief tour. You can see him in the vid. VERY NICE GUY> or u can plan to EAT up there! Then they will let ya up!
