@screaminseagull Diesel engines get better gas mileage than most new cars today.

@berto1014 Also, this truck is faster than your envoy. So if my accord launches better than this truck, which launches better than your envoy, how does your envoy launch better than my accord? Assuming your envoy is stock, I fail to see any common sense to your post. You obviously posted without any research what so ever. I figured a college student would at least know to do that.
-
@berto1014 Stock 1995 accord lx 0-60 is 8.3 seconds. Stock 2004 gmc envoy 0-60 is 9.9 seconds. 1. Even stock vs stock your envoy wouldn't keep up. 2. My accord has a little over 100 hp more than a stock 95 lx. So no, your envoy does not launch better, it can't even launch better than a well kept stock 95 accord lx.

@rekareaper Yeah and my 2004 Envoy launches better than your accord hahaha, automatic 4 speed, meaning 285 ft-lb torque and 300 hp. As soon as I graduate from college I am going to buy a 2500 durmax. Just because, I love diesels.

Prius? My list of autos goes like this 03 WRX 283whp, 05 SRT4 221whp, 02 VW GTI 200whp and now a 99 Honda Blackbird. Rbrisb24 your right to the Govt ain't helping either.

@screaminseagull Your a tard. He's not the reason. It's the damn oil speculators and our corrupt government that jacks up the oil price. Go drive your faggy prius.
-
Stop waisting all this fuel on a truck. Your the reason gas prices are insane. Let the cars that are fast do this stuff. Imagine twenty plus years of millions of trucks that are bought for size not function, sucking down around 8mpg.

@hoytcummins7 you don't need 5 mins for cool down, let the EGT's get down to 300 or below (usually 1-2 mins). It's when the warranty runs out that you need to start worrying about how BEAT UP that truck has been for the last x miles. You guys can drive your trucks how you want, I don't beat them until they are warm (multiple thermostat opening cycles) and don't shut them off until they are "cool". I've had 5 cummins FWIW including 6.7, 5.9 common rail, 24v, and 12v
