You should have downloads on your site. It would be a great way to get more workouts out there and there's gotta be a market for them. We wouldn't have to wait for the DVDs to ship, we could have them on our PC or Ipods.
I would have purchased this one.

Lauren, I accidentally called u Laura on my previous comment. So sorry, my bad.

Laura, I think your vids are great. I just bought a set of kb's to combat the boredom of many years of weightlifting & martial arts. The kb's really give you an intense workout. You can kill yourself in an hour lol. Thanks for the vids, they are helpful and inspiring. Keep up the good work, you are truly a fitness role model.

Excellent!!!

Well done Lauren! It's super motivating to have a 'seasonally-themed' fresh workout to follow. That's a big help for those of us that can't get to a workshop (pout). BTW, you are looking fabulous. Kudos!

Thanks for a fun pre-Thanksgiving boost!

Awesome Lauren, another great workout. Love the dedication of it to the troops and to your friends, they are all special people, that's for sure.

Lauren, Thank you so much for the video! Laura loved it, too! We'll be sure to take some Afghanistan Kettlebell photos!
love,

Hit World Music. It's in the credits on the video.

Is there a specific way to snatch the KB so that I don' rip up my hands? Every time I snatch it cuts up my palm. My hands are pretty tough from barbell work, maybe they need to toughen more?

You may be squeezing the kettlebell too tight when it's maneuvering around in your hand. Try to loosen up your grip and make sure you hands are not sticky or wet. Chalk can help, but usually it comes from squeezing it too tight.
