Eric Jimenez has over 25 years of experience in the cosmetics industry. As the Worldwide Retail Director and Global Makeup Artist for Urban Decay, he's the ultimate jetsetter. Not only has he been everywhere in the world, he's also tried his hand at everything. Born in Oakland, California, he first discovered the world of beauty at the age of five, when he would accompany his mother selling Avon products. Eventually, he followed in her footsteps, taking the beauty world by storm. While making cowboy hats (coveted by high--profile country music stars) for a "ma and pa" cowboy hat outfit, Eric simultaneously realized his love for growing a brand from the ground up by working directly with the founders. This revelation launched his career, and he began working with small, niche, luxury brands that each had a unique point of view. Eric launched Crème de La Mer, along with several other beauty lines, before finding that his heart yearned for something a bit more edgy. (Cue his entrance to Urban Decay.)

Eric makes Urban Decay's beauty--with--an--edge style look effortless when he works prominent press events, red carpet premiers and fashion shows. With the numerous television appearances he's made, including a stint as guest judge on Britain's Top Model, as well as interviews he's given on major networks like ABC, NBC and Fox, Eric is well--known for his makeup expertise. Throughout his world travels, Eric offers infinite inspiration to his team of talented makeup artists. "One of my biggest thrills is helping women to realize their beauty potential.
