I was there. I saw the fire. It broke out not on Soi 21 but Soi 11. I'd say it was well managed.

I'm wondering where is the location? Fire service in Bangkok is now under Bangkok Metropolitan Authority.
The most lagging thing is that we have no public education on how and when to call to report an emergency. Other countries has Emergency awareness day, school visit, presentation on medias. 191 police, 199 fire, 1669 EMS, but some call others which delay response. In Bangkok must call 1646 for EMS, not 1669 even now trying to change to 199 !! - pattarit khunkitti, EMT-Basic
