Watching Ken Burns epic WW2 documentary on netflix. This song takes on a whole new meaning. Particularly the way only Bing can sing it. WW2 was an epic time for America both in terms of loss of life and determination. Kids just dont know anything today of the sacrifice and hardship that accompenied WW2. I have a renewed appreciation for those families who paid the price to bring peace back to this world..if for only a little while. Such sacrifice and effort doesn't go without my sincere thanks.

I won't be home for this Christmas either. Deployed to Iraq as a Civilian Contractor. No idea when I'll be home. Love to my parents, wife and kids and all my friends, past, present and future.
