The basso is a baritone, I too am surpised at how well his voice can be heard and yet still be a part of the whole without imposing. It is all a matter of practice, I'm sure you'll get it too.

Sounds really nice, but I think such a small group (1 voice per part, am I right ?) should try to work without a conductor. It's a good ear training, and the conductor seems overdone for that. I noticed some ensemble issues also, and it might (idk...) be easier to listen to each other than to look to someone, especially if you sing with music in hand. But else than that, congrats.
