The "middle class do-gooding cretins" like Emma Thompson make me thankful that i was found and helped. Im glad people are making people aware of trafficking. It's great that women do this work to throw light over the industry and the terror it is to be living as a modern-day slave. But I seriously doubt that men will ever understand this. If so, the industry wouldn't been nearly as big as it is today. What Thompson says about a costumer "could be any of us (men)" is a real fact. A really depressing fact, but it still stands:-(

I'm not even sure that they understand that. I mean, a rapist, drug abuser, alcoholic, etc....I think reprocussions don't matter. They may during a moment of 'clarity', but it seems as though their mind just switches over to some other being. For example, you listen to Dahlmer or Bundy speak, they seem like rationale people, but they clearly aren't.
