The Milo Demo with Claire was a staged demonstration. The product is real, real people have tested it out, however it's been said that it wasn't really like what was shown in the demo with Claire.

This video points out why it's clearly staged.

Notice Milo doesn't look at the camera when he talks to Claire, he looks to the side. So from our point of view it looks like he's looking at her, as she's to the side of the screen. But in reality it's not a 3D display. From her point of view, he's still looking to the side and not looking directly at her.

It's been noted before that the hand gestures do not match Claire's movements. Some are delayed, which is believable. But some happen before she has even moved, which also shows it's staged for the demo.

And last but not least, Claire draws a picture of a fish. Before she has lifted the paper to be 'scanned', the camera moves in on Milo and he begins reaching for the paper.

Again, Milo is real. Project Natal is real, but this demo was not the real deal. It's not this impressive in real life.

Song used: Chris Cornell - Climbing Up The Walls.

  • Also, no AI can answer so fluently and perfect without the "GLaDOS voice," at least not yet.; However this is a very well done fake, and Lionhead better pull through with this. Even if it's crap, I really want to see how it ends up

  • It's clearly faked, but you didn't have to look for those inconsistencies to know it. In reality. games designers are still struggling to get AI on modern to pc to use 'cover' dynamically if someone points a gun at them, never mind respond to a conversation about fish or homework. The leap in technology required to be able to hold such a conversation plausably is at least 20 years + in the future

  • @RoxasC08 You're fucking stupid

  • @MrHouta88 HAHAHAHA

Please don't be trolling, the fact a person like you might actually exists is great.

  • @Androsss4pkmn1996 Nothing about this is a conspiracy.

  • @xRedStingx Limitations of hardware don't just change. This game was never intended to be released and never will be. It was just a tool to get hype up for the Kinect and show basic premise.

  • Milo is now in the movie "Mars Needs Moms!" LOL!

  • Microsoft always stages their dumb kinect "demos"

  • Just a prime example of shady marketing. This made kinect look like some futuristic star trek tech, and M$ know their target audience (teenage boys with limited tech knowledge and same sort of gaming journalists) buy into this sort of hype everytime. Sony is not much better tho.

  • @FunnyAssShizz I think it was just scripted to make the ps3 and wii look bad

  • @MashedAvacado excatly

  • @FunnyAssShizz especially not on a console made in 2005
