@Bodytribe1 Cool, makes sense to me. I appreciate you taking the time out to answer as well as putting out quality videos and info. Keep up the good work!

@ManagFTW66. Easier, perhaps... raised heels make squatting easier for folks with less ankle or hip mobility, but we covet a relationship with our connection with the ground, and unless the heel is hard (like a weightlifting shoe), then there is too much squish between you, the weight and the ground.

Great video. Working hard, multi-disciplined workouts, and funny. I will probably stick with barefoot or 5fingers (or other minimalistic shoes) though lol.
Curious though, I understand why you would think nike is unethical (and in general sucks), but how is it that you are just coming to this conclusion? They have done much more unethical things then signing Vick? And can you honestly say Vick is the most unethical athlete/person signed by nike??? I have not bought nike for over 2 decades.

@yyportne: Easy... I adopted a neglected and abused pitbull. Up until then Nike has only seen my dollars through Chucks, even though I tried to buy as many vintage Chucks (pre-Nike) on eBay as I could.
But most of my workouts are still barefoot. The Vibram's are alright, I have a pair, they just look weird on me (and I usually don't care about such things... so they must look weird).

Chuck vs regular sneaker, is there really a difference? i use sneakers when lifting and some spazz from the gym told me i got the wrong shoes, so i told him where to go....

@jakeboy588 : flat shoe versus squishy running shoe = big difference.
