  • Dude how long a alcohol lamp last?????

  • @Abnesis will run for ages, 50 ml / hr

  • @acerkiwi Do you have any power output estimates @ 50 mL/hr ?

  • @MrPizzaman09 have a look at my other vidoe of this engine driving leds, proberly 3-5 watts

  • @acerkiwi Thanks a bunch. I was hoping it could put out ~25-30 watts at 50 ml/hr for use in a supermileage car. It would also need a peak power of 150 watts at any fuel consumption speed for testing and hill climbing.

Do you think it would be possible to get to 20 watts with a bigger heat sink with some forced air flow over it @ 50 ml/hr.

  • @MrPizzaman09 i doubt it. high pressure hydrogen as working fluid might improve things but that is well outside my capabilities.

  • @Abnesis The engine will run without a flame, its tempreture difference that makes this work. For this particular engine you need atleast 200' C.

  • Dude i have a question, if you decrease the temperature of the cooling area several F° degrees, can this work without flame?

Please i have to know why on the answer

  • my god the craftsmanship my hat goes of to you sir!

  • Very nicely done! Cheers MJdV
