This may not be necessarily LOW CARB but it does talk about some interesting items about the eating fresh and unprocessed items - as we know this is truly important with sticking to a low carb way of life! You are going to also see Gordan Ramsey of Hell's Kitchen fame in a cameo but he is working with the enemy! Perhaps Gordan's portrayal of always choosing the best foods are BS!...here is a description from the show

  • even high quality sausages are made with the intestines of the animal, so they are a bit disgusting anyways.

  • ohh the first 2 minutes are really depressing...My fiance, being British...loves Bangers and Mash....so sad. :( But so gross, makes me want to be a vegetarian.

  • @JesusGodHolySpirit3 Like stated in the videos, what you refer to those with only 5% meat are called 'Bangers'. The cheapest quality sausages must have a minimum of 32% meat but I think even that depends on the country's regulation. Won't be surprised if the meat content of the sausages in my country are less than 32%. *Blech*

  • Yes, different cuts of meat still taste as good despite the fact they are the lips eyelids brains etc. But the difference is the hidden elements to these cuts. Lean meats do not have some tof the natural hormones and cholesterol found in other organs. For example, since the liver breaks down fat and is where adipose is utilized, the cholesterol factor is very high. In addition brains has several hundred times as much chol. Not to mention hormones and other chemicals. Better stick with known cu
