  • @bookishbee Ugh, THANK* you. Got so excited that I forgot to check for typos!

  • Thanks you! You are the first person I have found who gives good instructions for hand-rolling dough. That will save me a ton of money!

  • Thanks, nice job. I think I will try this on the weekend.

  • wonderful !!! I watched my mother make pasta noodlesall through my childhood but needed a refresher course to do it myself, without a machine.

  • how are you destitute? .. you have a $2000 ring on your finger.. lool

  • I use the kneading cycle of my bread machine. (Complete decadence) XD

  • and of course over head lighting helps too.

  • Your videos would be much better if the lighting was coming from the back of the camera.

  • use plenty of water, so the pasta doenst stick, a big pot, a good amount of salt (because the salted water gives taste to the pasta) and some olive oiil in the water (the fat in the oil helps keep the pasta from sticking) then strain. taste it, if u figure it needed more salt in the ater, u know for next time u make it.

anyways bravo mss gourmet, u may not be a wop like me, but u definatly know how to make some pasta. cheers from canada

  • why didnt you tell me how much water and salt you use when cooking the pasta
