I'm showing how this one particular mob is difficult for me to do. It puts a band around the distal humerus, puts the shoulders in flexion, and then a wide supinated grip on a pull-up bar to work on external rotation while in flexion. I may have had a bit of a wide grip which was feeling weird on my elbow, so ignore that. But the short arms and the large deltoids was making it hard to breathe when in position.

  • That seriously looks like your elbows are breaking lol. What is the exact purpose of this?

  • @MetaTheorist I explained that, dude. It works on external rotation while in flexion. It will particularly help with the snatch rack, assuming no other limiting factors.
