Great scene, great movie. The guy sitting on the right (moustache) is Louis Eppolito, real life NYPD cop who is in federal lockup for life for putting down hits.

does anyone agree that the music sets up the suspense throughout, that and oldman is the tits

@sxlfkta I dobut that! It would be Bridgeport,Southside of Chicago!
-
@sxlfkta yea it does resemble the Westies some.

The movie with my two favorite actors :D. Ed Harris and Gary Oldman. :D

I wish i coud see ed harris and gary oldman in one movie again :(

Absolutely. There is no question Featherstone was inspiration for the masterful Jackie Flannery character. For even Oldman himself has called this his favorite and best role ever on his own website.

I must say those Italians had some nerve. Though in reality they wouldn't dare walk into a West Side Irish bar with such fearless and pompous nonchalance. Any ways, that scene is so reminiscent of Mickey Featherstone and his famous, crazy and impulsive behavior. For Gary Oldman was just perfect for that particular role, as he slid right into Mickey Featherstone's skin (he should've won this Oscar for his awesome performance!). Taylor Ahern, Squantum, Mass. (the Irish capital of America!)!!!
