Hi there, i am thinking of buyig this amazing antenna myself. Can you tell me if it makes a lot of noise when it storms? Some of my older antennas made such noise i had to remove them.

BRING BACK THE ARMY BIG STICK!
Kuffbass, The video you saw was in worst case type winds, normaly it wont swing that much in 25-30 mile an hour winds. But to answer your question not much, this is one of the flattest parts of the country high winds are part of the routine. I watch my SWR all the time and there are no changes, this antenna is 1.1 / 1.5 from 25 mhz to 30 mhz. I talked to another radio bud and he says he has run 500 watts on AM on this one, of course a good ant tuner goes a long way.

It bends so it doesn't snap, thats a good thing. As far as that amount of power on AM I cant say, does 300 watts SSB no problem.
