The 6G Zen Micro I had was by far my favorite mp3 player of all time and I've owned a few.

So much better than iPod. Only thing bad is it has a smaller screen, but people have their own opinions.

I have one. Same model too and it's fucked. Quality on these seem to be shitty. It was great when it worked though.

i had 10 of this zen microphoto, i bought one and it came whith problmes so i replace it in the store and the new one also had problms , i did this 10 times all of them came with battery problms

I love mine, its fucking 3 years old same battery and been in cold weather, rained on dropped off my bike and the cocksucker still works, I love creative most of the time there reliable.

check out the creativewebpage, look for a option to test your warranty code in the back of your zen. Or write a e-mail to the support.
