Yomiuri Giants versus Hanshin Tigers 5 3 2011

Just a smattering of sights and sounds at the Tokyo Dome during the game.

A Japanese ballgame is the closest thing to experiencing the Gladiator movie.

1st part the Tigers warm-up clarion call

2nd part Giants fans chanting their lineups

3rd part Giants singing their fight song (I think)

4th part Japanese fans cheer for their respective teams batters with specific chants! This is a much longer Tigers batter chant. lol the girl beside me is a Giants fan and started covering her ears. lol the chant lasted for what felt like 3 min. The pitcher just waited it out lol. lol I imagine there is nothing like feeling youve got the fire of the fans backing your game.

5th part Tigers scoring a homerun and a successful double (lol i think that's the nomenclature)

6th part lol Tigers fans get loud

7th part Tigers fan soaking in delirious victory with several rounds of their fight song and my karaoke-like attempt to join in.
