So this is how I imagined the story in the video to develop:

Blaine and Kurt are kissing (either for the first time, or after they've been dating for a while, it's up to you), and suddenly blaine has this naughty train of thought and starts fantasizing about something he wants to ask Kurt. Does he want to take their relationship to the next level?

Mainly, imagine Blaine is the lead singer of this song. You'll know when Kurt's part is up. And after the song 'pauses' and resumes, use your imagination with the scenes cause there's some sort of symbolism there... ;) :)
