Janet Alders brother Christopher Alder died in a police custody area with his trousers around his ankles after being arrested in a fit and healthy state. There was a jury verdict of unlawful killing but no police officer ever went to prison

  • @ssssroryssss2 So let me understand this, if a family member in this country dies in police custody (and that means that his death is their responsibility as he is in their care) as opposed to dying at the hands of the Gestapo then I should be grateful? You son are a cunt of the highest order, sounds to me that you would prefer it if we were more like this here. Fucking racist.

  • @ssssroryssss2 What the fuck are you talking about? So because I had my leg broken by a police officer in this country as opposed to having my finger nails ripped out in Guantanamo bay or by a Gestapo officer Im supposed to be grateful? You really are a stupid cunt you know that. Pathetic.

  • just heard on news 6/11/2011 that garys body was not buried . a womans body was buried in error ? salt in wound comes to mind

  • This is truly appalling, to see 5 police officers standing around while this man laid dying undignified on the floor. However I think that blame must really rest with the A&E doctor who minutes earlier had declared the victim fit to be taken into police custody. While the officers should be sacked and convicted of misconduct the doctor is surely far more to blame for the death. If I was in charge of a custody block I would take a doctor saying someone is fit as meaning they are medically well

  • The British police did this on purpose. This was no accident. The British police are laughing at this.

  • Every single free person should stand up and have their say against the corrupt British police.

  • So umm, why was he arrested again?

  • @ssssroryssss2 how was it just?

  • As much as I don't like this case, the ruling was just. Remember this, in allot of countries they would all have been killed for trying to stand up against "the system". The UK is a far better place than most.
