@RobMonty248 1 meditation will probally not help anyone. Meditaiton is something that is done daily, a practice for life, a lifestyle. When it becomes a daily session is when you will notice. The knowledge comes from the brain now operating on a higher frequency. The higher frequency is also chosen through loving thoughts. The upset mind is NOT the right frequency, if you look at it as a key, upset mind only unlocks a few doors. Love unlocks them all. TV operates on Frequncies, Hmm? Yea.. =)

@5:07 At one point, no one had the knowledge, but, people did meditate and pray. We can look up to those who left us tips and hints yet the biggest one is to meditate and then, to ask. Christ Said I am light, light holds the information. He said I am love, Love is the key that allows the light into the Light body. If we choose to love all things, meditate thinking peace for all and then start asking for signs, youll get them. Signs can be *information also. Meditate, ask, notice, smile..

That there is duality in all things is easily recognizable. Christ said God is love, paul to the pagans said he was there "unknown god" all things in excess lead to ruin, except love, of which we can never have enough. If thine eye be single, and thy light not be darkness, then to love all and serve all is to be as God. Not at all like those who serve themselves proving themselves servants of death; not of life, or God.

It angers me a Lot aknowledging that Vatican and so on know AlChemy but keep it hidden and, at the Opposite, indoctrinate People with ... enchaining ... Doctrines and ideological (religious?!)
