Strommen OE Group 2

Our fifth grade students start off the year studying the OE parasite that infects the Monarch Butterfly. Students participate in a citizen science project through the University of Georgia. Students test the entire weaver lake monarch population to determine the effects of OE on our monarchs, students then create a video lab report of the project and showcase the videos at our annual Monarch Fair.
