  • @yourbeekeeper your comment about the tennents tearing property was right on the money for every two good tennents you have 98 bad ones the rent might be on time but when you finaly get your property back you are saying to your self omg why did I rent to thies people

  • @AVTreasures HEY RAY! That hand truck is bomb proof! The place is ready for the painter. Part three to follow today. Thanks for watching.

  • @500passwords Hey Mr 500, Door slammers like this are always a love hate relationship with me. Owner wants it "rent-grade" and I want to spend more time on detail. Owners probably get the better end of my bids, as I tend to take more time for detail than I should. But it's all good..not like some boss is breathing down my neck hollering to get it done. Thanks for watching.

  • @kerobinsonii Thanks, it was a dirty job, but looks much better now. Used a belt sander with 80 grit to level it out and floated it with a 12" knife.

  • @TheFred1952 Hey Fred, Great minds think alike. I ended up using a belt sander to level the playing field, and then a broad knife (12") to float it out.

  • @ItsAlwaysRusty That carpet is alsmost 50 years old. The place had original hard wood hallways and stairs. Carpet was added in the 1960's. Thanks for watching.
