ETA Bjørn Lid-Just Pretend (Tribute Artist)

Elvis recorded this beautiful ballad on June 6, 1970 at RCA's Nashville studios. He made it part of his live-performances in Las Vegas, in August of that year. It can be seen in the 2001-remake of the 1970-documentary "That's The Way It Is". It was released on the LP by the same name in December 1970.
I recorded this version sometime in 2004. The singback-track which I used, is actually in the wrong key. It's in a higher key than Elvis's original version, which made it quite a challenge to sing in a decent way. I think it turned out quite alright though. And I really hope you do to;-)

Great job. You sound like you're singing with more of your natural voice. Alot of Elvis tribute artists overdue his dark tone in his voice. You have a little more of Elvis' lighter tone. It's sounds more natural. Great job. Regardless of being an Elvis tribute artists or not you have a great voice. Definately natural. Awsome.
