Part of the MKULTRA program is that they erase the memory of much of the abuse. This is done in a variety of ways. Multiples are created; and each multiple has a limited knowledge of the others. Partial deprogramming happens naturally later in life. Drugs like LSD, haldol, narcon are used as well. The program is incredibly complex.
