Yes, buy Lactaid milk. I drink it just about everyday and have no problems. You won't be sorry. It taste the same.

Im pretty sure I am lactose intolerant aswell, but I dont give a shit. I'll down a litre of milk in one sitting sometimes. It's good stuff.

people drink milk in the east too but maybe its better for them because of the natural habitat and what they digest

I'm lactose intolerant. Since I was a teenager. I had some really bad experiences like where I ate a bowl of cereal with milk and later in class my stomach killed me. I avoid dairy or take lactaid pills. But here they love to put milk in everything it's frustrating.
