API = Air Programs International.
It was an animation studio based in Australia. Hanna-Barbera later purchased it so they could farm out their shows for low budget.

Is API still around? I haven't seen any of their output in decades.

"Arthur And The Square Knights Of The Round Table" was shown in the early 1970's here in the UK, and this spinning API logo was left intact on the end credits. Call me hard as nails if you want, but no TV logo has ever scared me, not even sightings of the Screen Gems "S From Hell" or Viacom's "V Of Doom".
