Well, to elaborate, they sound far 'manlier' than they used to, and the Warlock sounds badass as well. I think relic really captured the feel of the Eldar -- they sound EXTREMELY SINISTER.

Its a good thing the game does use a true Banshee Howl. Otherwise you and your opponent would bleed from you ears.

Well, I'd argue, that sluggas are even more OP for their price in the current version, as they are cheaper and their Waaagh is pretty devastating with burnaz. We'll just have to wait till next patch with the Last Stand. :)
