I have not rooted yet. I have just LauncherPro and Button Savior. I was trying to add folders to organize my apps, but it keeps telling me "Sorry, The application LauncherPro (process android.process.acore) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again." Then makes me force close. Also, the notifications doesn't do anything in LauncherPro. Should I have gotten ADW Launcher?

Is there somthing that makes the first click go to a launcher of your choice and then the secound click to get the nook menu

@albertcwertz how do you undo something you set to defaut? for example i accidentally set my homecatcher app to go from the orginal nook home screen to the same screen is there anyway to undo that?

@quickdrive55 can use anycut app to force choice again, or just download another launcher from android or web and will force the choice again.
