Hi, missionron - the router size is 8mm, but will work with a US 5/16" bit as well. Best to use downcut spiral. For a link to the full dimensions see the links in the info above.

Smart hinges really do change box making for the better. Up until now I've had my heart in my mouth when it comes to fitting hinges, hours and hours of work could be ruined in a moment, but with these new hinges perfectly fitting lids are pretty much guaranteed.
