  • if you can not squat low, you ain't worth shit.

  • @samuils there really is only "unnatural" stress placed on joints when there is a muscular imbalance or other abnormality that hiders the instantaneous axis of rotation for that joint.

  • So if i can't squat low, i "ain't" worth shit. Wait, does that mean that if you can squat low, you are worth shit?? Hmm..better stick to toilets then.

  • good video brah, makes sense I totally agree with you.... i dont know what the research says but i agree with U

  • the knees over your toes thing I kind of get because it will shift the weight to the toes and screw up your form.

  • Agreed. The real problem is not squatting deep, it is bouncing off your heels. Bouncing out of squats causes injuries, not squatting slow and low.

  • @Rhue50 that is what i did too!!!!!!!!

  • How small is your toilet bro? :D

  • Minor correction -- the flush toilet was not invent by Crapper, who's first name is actually Thomas, but by John Harrington.

  • THANK YOU!!!!! and i will be linking this to facebook!
