Agreed. The real problem is not squatting deep, it is bouncing off your heels. Bouncing out of squats causes injuries, not squatting slow and low.

@samuils there really is only "unnatural" stress placed on joints when there is a muscular imbalance or other abnormality that hiders the instantaneous axis of rotation for that joint.
