A test 3D Composite on a free motion video. Using Sony Vegas 8, PFHoe, and Blender. I took a 3D model from "Oblivion" by Bethesda, and placed it in my Brother's back yard. I actually had to do very little work to make this effect happen. I wish I could get more resolution out of YouTube, as this whole thing was done in HD. Oh well.

  • Very nice work! I see you used a stone block for the tracking - still trying to get the hang of PFHoe and it is always great to see how others lock in the tracking! Thanks for sharing this from a couple of years back! Still new to me....

  • That's great dude. Not nearly as wobbly as that first one. There's still a bit of an illusion that it's floating. I wonder how you could fix that.
