'The Daleks' otherwise known as 'The Dead Planet' or otherwise known as 'The Mutants' (not to be confused with the dreary Pertwee 'Mutants' story) is a true sci-fi classic. At 7 episodes it is a bit overlong, yet it's still a great story. The Daleks are a great creation and a big huge thankyou must go to Terry Nation (writer) and Raymond Cusick (designer) for bringing us one of the most iconic aliens in tv sci-fi history.
'The Daleks' (as I like to call it) is a gem and well worth a 10/10

Monty Python is FAR from obscure here! Almost everyone has some on DVD over here! Ian is one of my faves for the opposite reason u mentioned! I thought his concern for the women was gentlemanly!!
