I too support Dr. Paul, he is a good man and I like his ideas as well, we need to get back to more of a libertarian way of governance...

I agree. I do respect McCotter more than most of the people running as I am a conservative myself. However I am also a libertarian, and universal healthcare is a bad idea. I would like it if McCotter took Grandholm's office. I idolize Ron Paul, as do many people in Oakland County, MI. I would love to see McCotter working with Congressman Paul, or at least looking into Paul's ideals.

Thad McCotter is one of the few smart ones who is in touch with what's going on and what the people need. He should run for governor of Michigan. After all thos eyears of liberal rule, they need a man with common sense running things in Lansing.

80%???? Are you high? Every poll I've seen anywhere from 52-56% OPPOSE government run health care. Why do you think 0bama has plummeted so far in his job approval ratings? People are opposed to lis leftist agenda and the includes his health care scheme.

Obama better get it together and realize the most pressing issue is not health care. It's jobs. Unemplyment has risen 2.5% since he took office. He needs to cut income and busniness taxes if he wants to stimulate the job market.

Interesting, the people of MI (one of my most favorite places to visit) has been largely run for the past half century or so by liberals, and now they are more broke than almost anyone...sounds alot like here in IL, what a shame. God bless Thad McCotter!
