Thanks! I think putting weight into the stirrups was my problem when I was *trying* to do the sitting trot yesterday with my friend. It was still a blast though!

This was great info, all I've been able to find is to post the trot, which people are saying takes months to learn properly. Thanks for showing me what I was doing wrong (I was basically standing in the stirrups!) and explaining to me in plain english what to do. Great Vid!

This is great! He explained and showed exactly what I was doing wrong while riding and what I should be doing to fix it.Thank you so much for this bit of insight! I'll start correcting my seat the next time I get out to ride. Now I understand why I'm so bouncy in the saddle! Thanks again for posting this!
