You are right, the voice doesn't exactly match up. The reason for it was that she was having problems with her voice that night and used a back up track through most of her concert.

the intro video was pre recorded but the concert was all live with a live band and all.

I was there! she got good voice but her whole show lacked passion to be honest.

SHE ACTUALLY WAS SINGING BUT SHE WAS SINGING ALONG TO HER OWN VOICE!!! IT WAS ANNOYING!!!
