What did you use in the beginning that you rubbed all over the chip board? Also, what cutter do you use to cut the chipboard?

Use a sponge and Chocolate Chip ink to sponge over the chipboard. I use Stampin' Up!'s Tabletop Paper Cutter. The best I've ever used. :)

I used the Scallop Square Die Cut that Stampin' Up! has. :) Super cute.
