hey maybe you are getting the two confused. using your heart maybe isn't so much about your feelings...but more about instinct... ? i don't know i'm trying to "follow my heart" more personally because i've been in my head for a long time and i don't think its worth it

I've been under the mistaken impression that "my heart" or "my feelings" should be guiding light-
Having been my hearts bitch for so long, my poor mind has grown riddiculous. All's I can do now is I DON'T KNOW WHAT. I DONT KNOW WHY I AM TYPING THIS. MY MIND HAS A PROBLEM.

You are absolutely right. Head before heart. I've never cheated on a girlfriend and have had quite a few (30 yrs old). But, I've been cheated on. It sucks when it happens, but all that fades over time. The thoughts you think, good or bad, are always amplified by the heart. The cool thing that you are alluding to is that we can control our thoughts (which come first) a lot easier than feelings.
